Know all men by these presents that I James Moffatt of
the State of Georgia & Lincoln County for several Causes me
thereunto moving do give Grant alienate & confirm unto
my well beloved Children that is to say Thomas Moffatt
Jacob Jordan & Elizabeth Hunter all my estate Real and
personal to be equally divided amongst the three after
all my debts are discharged & one hundred Dollars with one
Bed & furniture thereunto belonging to be left at the dispo
=sal of my wife Susannah to whom she may think fit at her
death, all which property my Children are to take into immediatly

further my Will & pleasure that this shall be my last act and
Deed without any revocation forever.  In Witness whereof I

equally & severally bound unto James Moffett of the State of
Georgia & County of Lincoln in the penal sum of Two Thousand
Dollars, which Money will & Truly to be paid, we bind ourselves,
Heirs & assigns by these presents.  In witness whereof we have here

The Condition of the above obligation is such that
if the above bound Thomas Moffett, Jacob Jordan & Elisa=
beth Hunter, shall find a Convenient House, such as he
& his wife Susannah can live comfortably in at either
of their plantations, which the said Moffett & his wife may
Choose; also find the said Moffett & his wife a sufficiency
of good wholesome provision plus sufficiency of warm decent
apparrel during thier natural lives also thiry dollars paid
yearly & every year untill he the said Moffett or his wife
shall die, then fifteen dollars to be paid yearly to the Sur
=vivor while they amy live, also a Negro Wench named
Febe to wait upon them, live with them & attnd them or
either of them during their natural lives, likewise a
sufficeincy of cotten for the old woman & the wench Febe
to spin which they may Convert to any purpose they please
the said Negro also to be supported with provision & Cloa
=thing,[interlined: such as is customary] Then this obligation to be void & of none effect otherwise
to remain in full force & virtue.  In witness hereof we have
