Brannan fifty four dollars 77 1/2 31 cents in property, and at my death I give unto 32 her the said Elizabeth E Brannan one negro 33 girl named Lucinda. 34 Item 5th At my death I give and bequeath unto 35 my beloved sons Moses T. Boynton, & James S Boynton 36 To Moses T. Boynton, One negro boy named Joseph 37 To James S. Boynton, One Negro girl named Martha 38 The East half of all my Land to be Equally divided 39 between the said Moses T Boynton & James S 40 Boynton and a bed & bed stead a???? bed furniture 41 to each of the said boys 42 Item 6th At my death I give and bequeath unto 43 my beloved Daughter Retiny Ann Boynton one 44 Negro girl named Milly & her child and bed 45 & bed sted with bed furniture. 46 Item 7th At my death I give and bequeath unto 47 my beloved Daughter Francis Boynton , one Negro girl 48 named May and Two hundred & fifty dollars and 49 a bed and bed sted with bed furniture 50 Item 8th At my death I give and bequeath unto my 51 beloved children, towit John Q Boynton, George W Boynton 52 Nancy Jane Boynton, Elijah S Boynton the following 53 Negros, viz, Harrison Dennis Henry & William to 54 remain together and as each becomes of age to 55 be be equally divided 56 Item 9th At my death I give and bequeath to my 57 beloved wife Elizabeth Boynton during her life time or 58 widow hood the West half of my lands with a good 59 horse and farming tools for one horse, two cows and calves 60 and one years provisions for the family, and household 61 kitchen furniture sufficient for the use of the 62 family - One bed & bed sted with bed furniture and 63 also one bed & sted and bed furniture for the use 64 of the four younger children and one cart and 65 Oxen for the use of the family - also Solamdus - 66 labor is to go to raise the children, when the youngest 67 becomes of age he shall be the property of my Wife 68 Elizab Boynton and also Floyd a negro boy and 69 fifty dollars for the use of the family. 70 Item 10th Franky and her her child to be sold with the 71 balance of my Estate and after my just debts are paid 72 two hundred & fifty dollars is to ge given to Francis 73 to make her Equal and fifty dollars to be given 74 to my Widow for the use of the family - The ballance 75 of the money to be equally divided with my first 76 children 77 Item 11th I do hereby appoint John A Smith 78 Executor of this my last Will and Testament to 79 carry out said Will according to the meaning of 80 said Will.
