Info on Michael Emch's 392 T-Buckett:
Well the car weighs 2200# you know how much of it is motor. Believe it or not
the car goes straight as an arrow. (took us a while to figure that trick
out) it has a 4 speed muncie m-22, 9"ford 4.11:1 screw 18.5X31 mickey
thompson rears and m/t front runners. I keep bias plys on the front
becauce it is much more forgiving than radials. The front end is a 49 willys
jeepster (independant suspension) rear is hand made 4 link with transverse
leaf, it drives around town and the highways great and it goes down the track
awsome. Basicly, the car works in all the right ways when all 8 bbls are open!!
Best of
all you can laugh at chevy guys when they try and dress up there small
blocks to looke like a hemi. Just tell them hey it may almost look like one,
but, it still runs like a chevy!!!!
